Milk & More was bought by German owned Muller from Dairy Crest in December 2015 with a drive to modernise the business and change the customer profile. With over 500,000 customers they significantly improved their product range championing the smaller supplier, with an overall environmentally friendly ethos.

The brand required Pureprint’s services to help them reposition themselves in line with the growing online food delivery service providers in the market. We help guide the brand on materials and formats to target their new customer base and to compete with other offerings in the market.

The main monthly promotional publication has moved to a broadsheet style piece, which varies in pagination and versions with an overall print run of between 475k to 600k copies. There are many other seasonal promotional campaigns in varied formats and volumes to communicate new lines and services within the Milk & More offering, along with direct depot materials including tanker bay signs and inspection sheets, which support the operational workings of the depots.

Our account management team work collaboratively with the Milk & More team to develop campaign ideas, create a shared production schedule and ensure that the stock is available in good time and that what we offer in terms of the monthly print run is as flexible as it can be. All assisting in delivering on the repositioning and driving sales.
