Bonmarché Loyalty App

Our marketing technology team worked with Bonmarché to create their Bonus Club loyalty app.

The Bonmarché team wanted a loyalty app which would reward and record customer loyalty via points and could be used across all sales channels. Our technology team ensured that the app fully integrated with their marketing platform Emarsys, their EPOS till system and their e-commerce platform. We also enabled an admin back end to support Customer Services.

They required the app to be:

  • Scannable by all their till scanners
  • Combine points acquired by any sales platform
  • Allow points and details to be adjusted at the till in-store
  • Give a customer service helpdesk, tools to manage, combine, adjust and delete data
  • Enable push notifications from their marketing platform
  • Work across iOS and Android

The solution we produced provides the team with data insight and analysis on user activity, giving the business a full view of customer behaviour helping them to develop their marketing strategy.
